We have been using 3cx on a Microsoft Azure Cloud Server for a few months, and all IP phones etc have been working ok.

Today, we find that all our phones are dead and we can't login to the 3cx Management Console. We receive the message "Server Error"

We have re-started the Virtual Machine in MS Azure several times, and checked connectivity - all reports good, but still will now allow us to access the 3cx Management Console.

We have tried from various different IP addresses in case our main IP address has been blocked, but that makes no difference. I would be glad of some help.

Windows or Debian install? If services are not running a reboot will not restart stopped services, you may need to login the the OS and start them manually.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The issue is that I cannot log in to 3cx management portal and re-start. I cannot see how through the MS Azure virtual machine that I can log in to the OS and re-start the services. (excuse my ignorance)

Debian install? if so you will need to SSH, using putty or other SSH client to login, Windows installs you should have desktop access to the VM.
