Service don´t start after last update with issues.

I can´t reply in the original post.
This was my previous post "We´ve the issue with one client. Install the update and now two services (Console management service and System service) don´t restart. Give a 1503 error. I´ve put delayed start with no luck, change time on systempipetimeout on register, update c++ with no luck. Any ideas? "

More details: windows 2012 r2 updated, hp server, not virtual.

As a bare minimum you will need Windows Server 2016 for V1.6U5
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/

We do not test this release against Server 2012 so it would be a good idea to upgrade before you go ahead further, so in case you do have issues we would also be replicate them with a supported OS

Yes, I know, but we can´t update server OS due to COVID lockdown. We´d update the 3cx to resolve the issue of the offline trunk that will be solve the problem. If we could update the os of the server we had don it yet before the error with the trunk.

Trying to brainstorm for you, can you put Hyper-V on it, install the Linux version of 3CX into a VM, and restore from a 3CX backup?

If you don't have access to firewall to change IP rules then you might need more help than we can provide.
You could change IP of machine before adding Hyper-V role to reuse on 3cx - but then you would lose access to it.

Hi friends!!! after a hard morning all are working now, last version, no trunk issue. Now we´re waiting to can update OS as soon as possible. Thank you all. we have make a fresh install from version 16.0.4, when all was updated then upload a backup. This was the only way that we can make it work again.
