Service Pack 1 for 3CX PBX V9*Discussion

Hi,

I just noticed an update (Service Pack 1 for 3CX PBX Version 9) in the web console. it seems I cannot find any information about this update. I checkmarked it but nothing happens.

Anyone has more info on this ?

as it turned out, i had too old version. when i downloaded again from the 3cx site. and installed it, it immediately offered sp1 upgrade. now everything is OK.

Yes but how much free space do you have?
The updater needs to make a working copy/image of your system. So it needs disk space. If there isnt enough free space to create a log file, then I am surprised how the machine is still running.

Is SP1 for v9 still available ? (I ask as we're about to go live with 3CX and I want it to be as up to date as possible).

In the management console it is marked as 'out of date' and cannot be downloaded.

That's the way I'm doing it, checking the box for SP1, but the 'Download Selected' button just stays greyed out

3CX Version: v9.0.13545.594 SP.3

I exactly suffer from the same problem. If i answer the call on my mobile during simultaneous ringing in a queue, the caller gets disconnected.

I still cant make simultaneous ringing work if the Extension is in a queue:

If I put extension into a queue and call the queue, both mobile and extension is ringing but if I answer on my mobile, then the caller is disconnected?

Hasnt anyone tried this, or can somebody from 3CX tell if it isnt supposed to work in a queue?

Can you make a capture of this?
What is the outgoing medium to reach external calls?
If the gateway or provider answers immediately and fails to make the call for some reason, the queue flow will break and the caller will get disconnected because it is treated as a canceled or failed call.

A capture will answer these questions.
