This is an AWS provisioned 3CX server, new just yesterday. I've been playing with it for a bit and am getting it close to being fully configured, and then all of the sudden I lose connection to the management interface. I get an email from a 3cx.net email address telling me that this service is stopped. I have SSH access to this server, but am having trouble finding any command line guides that have anything more than basic linux commands to manage 3cx services, do any kind of debugging, troubleshooting, etc. Reboot didn't fix the issue. Anything I can try?

Oh, also, the web interface is up, but when I try to log in, it just has a red "Server Error" message. So some services are up, the server is online, I just can't manage it.

Strange...after shutting it down completely and re-starting, everything seems back up.

Usually happens when the VM runs out of RAM. How much RAM do you have assigned to the VM?

Ha, probably what happened. I provisioned it with the default of t2 nano, which is .5G of RAM. Might try the swap file method or change the instance type. Thanks!

Yeah I don't got that small although with v16 you might be able to get away with it with their optimizations.
