Service stops after weekly backup

I have a 3cx server running on amazon light sail set to backup weekly.

Every week without fail the service doesnt come back up after the backup, i have to log into my lightsail portal and reset the instance.

Has anyone come across this before?

No but perhaps the system doesn’t have enough ram. How much ram is assigned to the vm?

@CentrexJ is probably on the right path.You'll likely need to add swap or upgrade your instance size.
