DetailsCall or Registration to 195@(Ln.10005@company) has failed. sip:10.10.10.10:5060;lr replied: Service Unavailable (503)

Hello. In 3CX we got this message. We have upgraded from 3CX V18 to 3CX V20. After upgrade we cannot call city numbers.

The error is from the endpoint (provider side) as it is also explained in the event log guide.
Ensure that your sip trunk is registered however it is suggested to use one of the 3CX Supported Providers.

Thank you for your reply.
Provider says that prefix 9 is not deleted. We dial external number like this. We use Asterisk. I dial with prefix 9195. This goes to 3CX. On 3CX there is an Outbound Rule that prefix 9 must be stripped. But 3CX sends to provider with prefix like this 9195. Before we used 3CX V18. There was no problem. We upgraded this to 3CX V20. This problem happens on 3CX V20 Version.
Please see attached file. This files are sent from our Internet provider.

As you can see the number is stripped in the From: field but you are using a diversion header.
I suppose this is Generic Sip Trunk and in case your provider does not support it will ignore it.

On 3CX V18 there is no Diversion Header. I think it is new function on 3CX V20.
Can we disable this function?

You can try to deactivate this under options from your trunk.

I unchecked the "Include diversion header support" option but did not work.
