Thanks for stopping and checking on the thread first of all.I was wondering if anyone has an idea regarding this error below.This comes because i have tunred on notification on 3cx server hosted by 3cx on cloud.

Yes it is registered.it is in production.it is working fine but i do see these nasty errors time to time so wondering if i should move trunks with IP based instead of registration.

You can not have ip based sip with 3cx hosted

reason if 3cx have to do maintenance on your system and the wan IP address changes, your sip trunks will not work when is based.

Just want to add that if you want to determine why you're receiving the error you might want to consider reaching out to the provider as it is clearly them responding with it. On the other hand, if this is not disrupting the service in any way such as deregistering the SIP Trunk, dropping or preventing calls, you may very well just ignore it.
