Services not starting after reboot

Good morning

I've got a Debian server running v18 update 1

When I reboot it the nginx and event service stay stopped. This happens on every reboot or when I reboot all services at once.

If I do them all one by one this doesnt occur.

Hosted PBX, No custom templates, everything supported.

I've reinstalled it twice.

any advise?

That is correct, the only different between 18.0.1.234 and 18.0.1.237 is the fix for the services and explained here:
