I can't seem to get into our management console today. Though the admin password was wrong, but then realised the web client was not working either. Currently two services are not starting:
  • ERROR: service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01 is not running
  • ERROR: service 3CXQueueManager01 is not running
I've tried to restart them manually as well as restarted the server but no luck. Running systemctl status 3CX* gives the following:

Bash:
● 3CXPhoneSystem01.service - 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/3CXPhoneSystem01.service; enabled; vendor
   Active: active (running) since Mon 2019-07-15 12:56:48 BST; 28min ago
   Main PID: 628 (3CXPhoneSystem)
   Tasks: 18 (limit: 19660)
   CGroup: /system.slice/3CXPhoneSystem01.service
           └─628 /usr/sbin/3CXPhoneSystem -p /var/run/phonesystem/3CXPhoneSystem

● 3CXAudioProvider01.service - 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Audio Provider Server
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/3CXAudioProvider01.service; enabled; vend
   Active: active (running) since Mon 2019-07-15 12:56:47 BST; 28min ago
   Main PID: 630 (3CXAudioProvide)
   Tasks: 6 (limit: 19660)
   CGroup: /system.slice/3CXAudioProvider01.service
           └─630 /usr/sbin/3CXAudioProvider -n -p /var/run/phonesystem/3CXAudioP

● 3CXQueueManager01.service - 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/3CXQueueManager01.service; enabled; vendo
   Active: failed (Result: signal) since Mon 2019-07-15 13:00:08 BST; 25min ago
   Process: 1182 ExecStopPost=/bin/rm -f /var/run/phonesystem/3CXQueueManager01.p
   Process: 672 ExecStart=/usr/lib/3cxpbx/TcxQMsrv -p /var/run/phonesystem/3CXQue
   Main PID: 672 (code=killed, signal=ABRT)

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

@Dupablada

What version of 3CX are you running?
What version of Debian are you running?
Do you have access to the shell?

signal=ABRT

the core is running from the shell exert however the MC has been killed by the OS (
code=killed, signal=ABRT) Check the Syslog of the Debian Install or also the MC log of 3CX why it fails (and I would assume to start in time).
