Set a Prompt to go with a holiday in SMB free?

I may be missing something obvious. Trying to set a week long holiday for my client going on vacation. SMB free version 20. I can create a holiday, set the dates, but there's no option to select a prompt to play when a call comes in during that vacation time. The option to include a prompt is there in my paid versions. What am I missing?

Well as you mentioned, its not there in the SMB free.
To play a recording, (example)
set the DID to a ringgroup and set the holliday to End Call and Play Announcement.

Would that be an option for this case?

That might work, but the only drawback is that you can set a range of dates for it to turn on and off. You'd have to manually redirect the DID when the vacation begins and ends. Is there a better way?

Which brings up the next question. If there is no prompt to set, what does the caller hear when they call a SMB free system during a set holiday?

Hi,

You can leave the ringgroup as is.
At the end of the set holliday, it will not follow the condition 'Holliday' anymore.
So the dates you will enter will be followed by the ringgroup.

Just also set the other option(s), like during out of office hours.
For the normal Day routing, enter a destination for 'Destination if no answer'.
And do not place any extesion in the ringgroup
