Set automatic status to away instead of DND

Hi,

i recently activated to set the extensions status arcording to bussiness hours. Works fine, but imho it would make more sense that 3cx sets the status to away instead of DND. Is there some parameter to tweakt that allows that?

Hi @ata,

Functionality-wise Away and DND act the same, however they're used differently. Away is used for things like your lunch break while DND would be you're heading home and are no longer available. There is no parameter to tweak to change this and we don't suggest changing parameters without being directly asked to do so by 3CX Support.
