Solved Set DND automatically

Hi,

I'd like to set an extension to DND at a specific time everyday. I know that this is possible with the Auto Switch function but I need it only to be set to DND and not back to available.

The point is that in the morning the operator doesn't always come in at the same time, so he/she will have to disable DND manually. But is nice to have the system set DND on in the evening if the OP forgets.

How can I implement this?

If say the office closes at 18:00 each day, then set specific hours for the extension to be 17:59:18:00

This will effectively make the extension always be DND at 18:00 no matter what time the user took it off DND in the morning
