I am trying to figure out how to hard set the DTMF Type to INBAND using the Yealink Phone Template.

The template currently has these settings for DTMF:

[ DTMF ]
path = /config/voip/sipAccount0.cfg
DTMFInbandTransfer = 1
InfoType = 0
DTMFPayload = 101

A new T28P model with this setting has the Type set to RFC2833

I can manually change it from RFC2833 (which doesn't work very well working with a lot of systems that requires tones to work properly such as Call Conferencing systems) but I don't want to do that on 160 phones.

Any ideas on what I need to change in the template?

Thanks!

when I did an export of DTMf set to RFC I get this:
[ DTMF ]
DTMFInbandTransfer = 1
DTMFPayload = 101
DTMFToneLen = 300
InbandDtmfVolume = 0
RxLatency = 20
CPTToneCountry = 12
G726CodeWord = 1
InfoType = 0
InfoTypeOEM = 0

When I did an export of DTMF set to Inband I get this

[ DTMF ]
DTMFInbandTransfer = 0
DTMFPayload = 101
DTMFToneLen = 300
InbandDtmfVolume = 0
RxLatency = 20
CPTToneCountry = 12
G726CodeWord = 1
InfoType = 0
InfoTypeOEM = 0

so it appears that inband is 0, RFC=2833 is 1 and sip info is 2.

Awesome!

That should be exactly what I need!

Thanks man!
