I am not finding this while searching so thought I'd ask. We upgraded a server from v18 to v20u3. It had a DID rule sending to the system voicemail extension 999.
If I start to create an IVR I can see the DID is still assigned, and in fact it works if dialed:

However, for knowledge purposes, how does one set that now, in v20? I found https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/v20-system-extensions-inbound-rules-dids.127448/ which suggests using an IVR that plays a prompt to press 999, but it apparently can't forward to a system extension. Is that the only/correct way now?
If I start to assign that DID to something else, it will be removed from 999 so I guess that's how to remove it.
Thanks,
