I am unable to see the full options in 'Show More' like Set Reminder / Set Status / Delete Reminder / Assign / Clear in my web client. I am only able to see Intercom & Leave Voicemail when I click on the 'Show More' icon.
I have another 3CX setup at another venue and I am able to see all the 'Show More' option.
I have made sure that my extension has been enabled with all rights necessary to perform these functions.
I am currently on 3CX PRO 16.0.3.676
Can someone help.. its really bugging me as I need to use that function for my reception extension.
