Set status of users on 3CX v20 and V20 of Windows client app

How do i set status of users on 3CX v20 and V20 of Windows client app?

Pretty sure i could do this with the previous generation Windows client while i was on V18.

Same way as before but you need receptionist role.

Can you elaborate? I've set one of the admins to receptionist and im an admin and we can't find any option to set a user status.

Change the status from the Team view not admin > users

Ok found that, but i can't set the status for all users, some are not giving me the option

Are these users in different departments?

Does the extension you cannot change have a higher role?

Strange, i've changed nothing and now i can set the status on all users. even the 'DM' user that was failing previously. Maybe a web browser cache thing.
