set tone for patton in saudi arabia

Saudi arabia not found in Tone set selection tab while i try to add patton SN4114 FXO in 3CX
what country should i choose

and what is set tone mean ????

The tone set is a reference to all audible tones generated by the device.

Have a look at this document...

Go down to Saudi Arabia, then find another country, that is listed in the Patton, that uses the same set of tones, or something similar.

I do not use Patton gateway but maybe this will help:

Busy tone - 425Hz - 0.5 on 0.5 off
Congestion tone - 425Hz - 0.25 on 0.25 off
Conference tone - 425Hz - 0.5 on 2.0 off 0.5 on 15.0 off
Dial tone - 425Hz - continuous
Payphone recognition tone - 1600/1200Hz - 0.2 on 0.2 off 0.2 on 4.0 off
Ringing tone - 425Hz - 1.2 on 4.6 off
Call waiting tone - 425Hz - 0.15 on 0.2 off 0.15 on 10.0 off

I had the same sort of issue with Oman a couple of years ago.

It maybe worth contacting their support and asking about Saudi if you cannot find it in the list.
