Hi,

We have the following area codes, 010, 011, 021, 031, etc

My VoIP Trunk provider charges on national rates, so it does not matter if I dial 011, 012 or 021 it is the same cost/rate.

What I want to know is when setting up call costs, do I have to create an entry for each of these prefixes and set the rate, or can I separate them with commas in the same in a single entry with prefix set to 01, 02, 03

It's ok to give a liiiiiil bit of time for someone to answer you .... So sorry that SLA's are not in place for you on the free forum..

Now back to your question

You need to create a rate for each code. comma separated values will not work in this area.
Example:
providerrate1 011
providerrate2 012
providerrate3 021

And if you want quicker answers, you know you can try this yourself yes... this test in particular takes 2 seconds.
