I can receive a call with no problem with audio both way but if I make a call from the linksys WIP330 I have no audio receive.

Tell me exactly what you want to know ...

No port forwarding set at home where the linksys is use but with the port 3478 / 5060 / 9000to9015 forwarded it was the same.

In my office all the port are open for outgoing...

The thing very strange is that I was able to make One call working both way with no reason !!!

Hello,
audio in one way is nat or firewall issue
may be you have to change your stun server or reset to factory set and reconfig
