Is it possible in v20 to configure a phone's "Local SIP Port of Phone" and "Local RTP Audio Ports (Start and End)"? This was possible in v18 - it was on the Phone Provisioning tab - but I can't find it in v20.

I need to use non standard ports for two of my remote (STUN) phones. At present, I have to use the phone's web UI to do this and, if I make a subsequent change in 3CX (e.g. by adding another BLF), when the phone is reprovisioned, it reverts back to the standard SIP port (5060) which causes it to fail to register.

STUN is no longer supported and you cannot change it in the admin console anymore. Do not use STUN, it can cause issues. Use a Router Phone. Configure the router phone and then add the other phones. Real easy and you won't have issues.

I appreciate that the router phones are the way ahead. However, the phones I have are Fanvil X4 and as far as I know, they are not supported as router phones. I can't justify the additional cost of a new router phone for this remote outpost.

You can install an SBC on many devices... VM, barmetal, any windows pc, Raspberry Pi and so on. Thats the only way to go as STUN isnt supported anymore.
