setting spa504g softkeys via provisioning template?

Is it possible to change the default softkeys settings (specifically the Connected Key List) for a Cisco SPA504G via the provisioning template within 3cx? I would like to change these. I have the values needed, I just don't want to have to connect to each of my 60+ phones to set it.
