Setting up DTMFcode for Door opening

Hi Everyone,

I have http://www.algosolutions.com/products/doorphones-security/8028-sip-doorphone.html SIP Doorphone.
It has a feature to activate Door relay through 1-4 Digit DTMF code. This code is being set to digit '6' using web interace of SIP
Doorphone. How do I configure 3CX System and client phones [CISCO SPA504G] to activate Doorphone's relay?

I'm not really sure what you are asking.

I'm assuming that a call is placed by the Doorphone when someone at the door picks up a handset or presses a button. That call will ring an extension. The person at the extension will press "6" (in your case) to open the door.

What part of that scenario doesn't work?

Is it that the Doorphone is not responding to the DTMF? If so then you have to be sure that the DTMF Method used by the set is the same that the Doorphone is using. It may be audio, or one of several SIP messaging types. With many devices there is an "auto" setting capable of dealing with whatever is sent to it.
