Setting up Yealink SIP-T20P with 3CX Tunnel

Does anyone know how to setup this phone to use the 3CX Tunnel. I have ticked the option in the provisioning option, but can't be sure if it has worked and the phones not work. I know the 3CX Tunnel is working as it works via my laptop using the 3CX windows app and on my iPhone. PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP!

Yealink doesnt support 3cx tunnel, what you can try is setup yealink with 3cx sip proxy:

The 3cx Tunnel only works with the 3cx phone. You will have to use either SIP Proxy Manager or provision as an external extension. I reccommend external extension, or router to router VPN. though either works fine.

The sip proxy works fine as you only have to configure the proxy once and link all your phones to it
