Setting Wallpaper on Yealink T53W

Hello, I have a client with 3CX Enterprise ver 18. The file format according to 3CX needs to be in a format called .DOB When you log into the T53W phone directly and go to Settings --> Preference the Note on the page says "Upload custom pictures, only supports *.png, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.bmp formats. It doesn't mention .dob files there. I'd be happy to upload a .dob file if I could find a way to convert the .png and .jpg files that I have to that format. I have searched and read a lot of articles but cannot find a way to convert the file. I would like to use this feature of my Enterprise version but cannot at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you... I had been on that page a few times but the link to download the files did not work for me. Your link worked though.

Are you able to explain why the phone itself has a note that says jpg and png files and permitted but 3CX says that only the dob format is permitted? Seems odd to me.

Hello,

Yes, when the phones were first added this was the format the Yealink provided us with for logo provisioning. It standard on their monochrome displays.

Your browser was probably ignoring the link because it was not in https (this was an older article), we will update it shortly though to avoid this issue in the future.
