Hello,

3CX version 20.0 Update 5, the end user reports that he receives a notification for every missed call and new voicemail. According to the mail logs, he's indeed CC'ed on each such notification, but I can’t figure out where exactly in the phone system settings this option is configured. The related option ("Send email notification on missed call") is disabled in the user’s settings, and searching the system configuration XML file gives only one match with the user's email address (basically, email address associated with extension).

Any ideas where to look? Thank you in advance.

It is a new option in Version 20

Appreciate your hint, but in my particular case this option appears unchecked.

Ho,

You could turn on Debug logs, leave a voice mail and see if there is any hint of what triggers the email to them.

Perhaps there is some email address in the PBX that is set on the mail server to forward to them, rather than the email being direct PBX->them.

Best,
K

Are those Queue calls?

Exactly. In the end, it turned out that the issue was caused by a custom rule added in EAC. Blimey.
