Setup for Nextiva

Is anyone aware of setup instructions for using this device with Nextiva? I can't quite figure out all the information asked for. Thanks for any direction.

I am also having problems setting up the PBX for Nextiva. I cannot seem to find a configuration template for Nextiva. Can anybody provide a link? Many thanks.

If I understand correctly, I am to use a Generic template. I cannot locate this template and I do not know how to fill in some of the required fields for Nextiva setup. Where can I find my Authentication ID, for instance?

Some providers do not make use of that. The most basic information is...User name (or number), Password, and the SIP server/port. Other fields could probably be be left blank (unless they provide you with something) or you could try putting in either the user, or password if it still won't register.
