Setup Siemens Gigaset A580IP

HI, I am trying to setup a Siemens Gigaset A580IP Dect Handset, managed to get it to register to the server, can receive incoming calls OK, but unable to initiate any calls from the handset?

I just get repetative tones, but nothing seems to happen.

Does anyone know how to get this working?

you would need to post a log of the phone trying to make a call. was the call external or internal? it may be the dialplan that is setup on the phone. The 3cx doesnt provide feedback tones, it normaly provides a voice prompt about what is going on.
