Hi all.
I need to install a SIP-Trunk from Digitel Barbados.
They provided me with this specifications:
TLS connection, SRTP, Domain: digicelbarbados.net, Proxy sbcbdsmltrunk.digicelgroup.com
The domain digicelbarbados.net is not resolving to an IP-address.
As 3CX is using "Registrar/Server" as the attached Domain to a call, we have added an IP to the domain to reach the server anyway.
However, after I restart the SIP-server. the PBX is starting to resolve the domains, but doesn't even try to communicate with the server. I can't see any traffic on that domains/IP in the 3CX PCAP or on the firewall. So the big question is, why it's not trying to communicate?
Checked also the validity of the SSL-certificate of the provider.
