Sevenrooms integration

Can anyone out there write me a template for 3CX integration with Sevenrooms. Sevenrooms is a restaurant booking system/CRM which has a contact database. The brief is for an incoming call to query the Sevenrooms database and populate the 3CX company phone book with firstname and lastname and phone number and screen pop the contact card for the client on Sevenrooms if the contact exists and if Sevenrooms allows it, to enter a journal entry recording the phone call. This is all stuff that I know 3CX can do as I run 3CX with Zoho CRM in my office and that all works fine. I have seen the new 3CX CMR Wizard and I have the API spec for Sevenrooms and they provide a dummy system to test with so both side are all geared up for this sort of thing. I just need a developer to write the template for me for a reasonable fee.
