Shared Call Appearance.

I have a client who needs shared call appearance or group pickup ability. They use Cisco SPA 504G phones. Can this be done?

Hello @WernerG

You could use a ring group or a queue and add the extensions you want to ring. Then point the incoming number to that ring group or queue via the inbound rules.
Calls can also be picked up via dial code default is *20*
