Shared Park BLF

Hi,
We have a customer using 100% soft phone app 3CX clients on Windows PC's. All 12 extensions are at a single office. 3CX V15.5 is located in their private cloud so all clients are remote connecting to the system.

The issue i'm having is with the 4 Shared Park keys set in each soft phone's BLF side panel. SP1- SP4
They all work as intended but only 3 of the 12 soft phones show the BLF status of the SP keys.The other 9 soft phones just show a grey box as if the key is not configured.

All soft phones are using public IP for registration and provisioning and have 3CX tunnel for remote connections enabled.

Hi @Matt Hood ,

This is due to the 'Can Park Call' rights.

You can either enable this per extension, or per group.

Per Extension
Extension -> Rights -> Click 'Can Park Calls'

Per Group
Groups -> Group Rights -> Click 'Can Park Calls'

The 3CX Softphones should then have all SP's as Green and will function normally from there.
