Shared Park not working after upgrading to v20

With the threats about the looming upgrade deadline, upgraded one windows system to v20 from v18. After this shared Park stopped working. User can park calls but cannot pick them back up. Customer is using Snom phones. Tried setting user's role to "receptionist" with no change in behavior. Now on Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 708 Beta). Any suggestions? Thanks.

What about your dial codes, are they the same as below ?

Yes, dial codes are the same. But customer does not use dial codes for parking, instead use shared park orbits SP0, SP1, etc and program BLF button on Snom as "Park and Orbit" with shared park orbits. One button press parks call, 2nd button press retrieves call from shared park orbit.

If you open the same user in Webclient, does it work?
Is your License of your system is PRO/ENT?

License is Standard 4 SC. Cust does not use webclient, again all worked fine on v18.

Shared parking should not be working with the Standard licence key.

Shared parked worked properly on v18, so the "forced" upgrade breaks shared park on purpose? What is the solution, to downgrade back to v18?

Having the exact same issue, V18 worked great and V20 no BLF or SP. I even upgraded to PRO after reading this and still does not function.
