Hello,
I am noticing a trend while provisioning and testing the new T48S (66.83.0.55) on 3CX 15.5.1694.0.

Everything is working well except for parking and unparking calls from Shared Parking. Nothing happens when we press the SP buttons either while on a call or trying to pick one up.

All of the T48Gs are working perfectly, and the configuration looks the same when comparing the two through the phone's web admin portal.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Is the handset in your hand or on the hook?
I recall a device at one time that only worked when phone was in the cradle.

Hi,
Also, please try to update your PBX. You are using the latest yealink firmware with the PBX version published around 14 months ago.
So, try to update your PBX to SP6 (15.5.15502.6), provision the phone using the 3cx default template and check it again.

Hello @inostar

As @phonemaster mentioned you should update your PBX to the latest version as what you are experiencing might be an incompatibility between the PBX version you are running and the latest version of the Yealink firmware.
Also you need to upgrade as you will have issues with the PBX activation as there was a change to the certificate of the activation server which your version of PBX does not include. To avoid any futures issues with activation you should upgrade as soon as possible.

Ok, i will update the installation and try again. Thanks!

Let us know of the results or if you face any issues during the update process.

A maintenance window has been scheduled for this weekend, i'll report back on Monday.

Thanks again

Updating the system and all of the phone firmwares corrected the issue.

Thanks!

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank for you for updating the thread with your solution
