Got a bit of an issue. We are currently on v18 and its working great. We have 3 dummy extensions (300 to 302) that are forwarded to SP0 to SP2 respectivly.
We have this setup so that when someone who is not in office, but on their cell phone dials 300, 301, or 302, they will pick up the parked call at the respective SP orbit.
Currently on v18, this works great.....
We need to upgrade to v20 and have replicated the setup, but it does not work. Now, I can transfer a call to 300, 301, or 302 and have the call parked, but when dialing 300, 301, and 302 from the cell phone, it wont pick up the parked call, as it does in v18. Bigger issue is also that when I dial *10 to pick up SP0, it just states "not found". We have tried this with the EXT unregistered and registered. I can park the call by transferring to 300 both ways, registered and unregistered. My issue is I cant pick it up from ANY WAY besides the BLF on the phone and web app. As there are no BLFs in the mobile app, that makes picking up the parked call quite difficult at this moment.
Any assistance here would be nice!
