Sharepoint recording archive error

I'm noticing below error , happens daily , attached error log zip file

Recording archiving failed due to the following reason: System.ArgumentException: Must a stream that is not empty at _3CX.Filesystem.SharePoint.SharePointFile.CopyFromAsync(Stream fileStream, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at _3CX.Recordings.RecordingData.Archive(Boolean justUpload, Boolean archiveInexisting) at _3cxSystemService.RecordingCleanup.ArchiveRecordings(Int32 olderThanDays, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

Have you tried raising a ticket, directly or through your partner?

i dont have a support ticket package to raise it

You can safely ignore this error. When archiving finishes, it reports the last error it encountered.
It doesn't mean that it fully failed, just some recording has issues.

More specifically, you may look for a zero sized file in your local recording storage and delete it manually.
