We are trying to make a call between to systems (Vodia & 3CX) like they share the extensions. Any user on Vodia should be able to dial any extension on 3CX simply.
Is it possible ?

Maybe. Through a bridge and some playing around in Vodia.

I would not recommend nor can I assure you that it will work. Bridging 3CX and other PBXs is never easy.

Bridge is limited to 3CX only.

No, you can use the SIP part of it. Just not presence.

SIP trunks will not work as the inbound dialing requires DIDs, whereas bridges can dial extensions directly.

But as far as I understand , bridges work for 3CX only and I am already using it that way.

Well, I used it for other PBXs. You just need to know how.

I have to assume, that because of issues, that users of other PBXs had, when bridging to 3CX, in the past, doing so has been discouraged. 3CX used to have a web page about bridging to Asterisk, which has been archived...

Set 3CX as a master and have the other PBX register to it. Once that is done, you will have to work out a dialplan at each end.

There is no guarantee that this will work for calls, in both directions, and displayed caller ID, may also be an issue, as others have found.
