Shift Change / Audio through Paging Ring Groups

I have a number of Warehouses with Algo Horned Speakers collected in Paging ring groups. The paging works great, but I recently have had a request to to be able to schedule shift change tones from a couple of plants and the ability to play music in the ring group (for exercise break). Is there an internal or external solution for this. To me, it would be great to be able to have the option to play tones based on local time for Paging Groups.

You should consider posting this in the Call Flow Designer category, there may be a way to achieve this through that tool (requires a Pro license).

Your avatar is linked with your customer portal email. If you use a different one it might not reflect your customer status

I don't see how Call Flow Designer could help with this issue, without being very convoluted. I have found an external solution (Algo 8301) that works the Algo 8186 without disrupting the Paging Group setup.
