"Show call recordings"

Hi all
having some brain fog today.

Ive got my user with "Show call recordings" enabled.

She can see call recordings when "All Recordings" is enabled but this isnt the entirety of all recordings.

How do I get the ones shes missing in this view?

Update: it looks like "All recordings" are only "My Recordings"
