Show contacts as BLF

Hi guys,

I have a client that has a couple of new Yealink T48U phones. When initially set up, I created a large number of BLF keys to various different contacts that they wanted but this was done per extension so they are not the same due to changes.

I would like to put all of these contacts into the 3CX address book so that they are the same across all of the phones but would also like to set BLF shortcuts to these contacts.

Ideally, I don't want the end user to log onto the phone itself.

Is this possible, or at least a quick shortcut to the address book?

The address book can be accessed either via:

- Web client
- Desktop client
- Address book on the Yealink

They can customise their own speed dial buttons via the web/desktop client. Otherwise, they can browse the address book using the address book button on the handset.

Since the Webclient allows users to both add BLFs and Company Contacts, you could maybe have each user access the 3CX Webclient and copy his/her BLF to the company phonebook and vice-versa.
