Hello,
Is there a way to show contacts in the Manager Panel set to the Receptionist view?
A potential client is currently using Cisco's receptionist software and they have the ability to see the contacts and drag/drop transfer to them within the same screen. At the moment, the best I have to offer is to keep the main 3CX app visible and set to the Contacts tab in addition to the Manager Panel. They wouldn't be able to use drag/drop transfer but at least would be able to search for the contact.
I just wanted to see if there was a better way.
