Currently only the Queue Name is show on text messages sent to a DID in Conversation History. Text messages sent to a DID routed directly to an extension do not show the DID, only the assigned extension.
Queues or Extensions can have multiple DID numbers routed to them. This information would be useful when multiple DIDs are used for messaging and should be available in the message details, Chat logs and Reports.
