Hi there,

I created a CFD script to toggle the value of a parameter between "True" and "False". Then I have another call script that routes calls differently depending on the value of that parameter.

I'm using SNOM phones and I would like to have some indicator on the display, or on a BLF, showing the state of that parameter. ie, BLF on/off, or something on screen saying "enabled" or "disabled" etc.

Would anyone know how that might be accomplished?

Thanks

I can't think of any way to have this indicator as a BLF. Other possible approaches:
- Create a third CFD app which reads the value and plays a different prompt. Then you can just click a BLF button to call this app and listen to the prompt.
- You could create an application that runs in your desktop, which can use the Call Control API to query the status of that parameter and show a different icon in the system try for example.

Hello DKIncentre,

Can you send some html/xml to the phone to set an LED color of the button?
If yes, than you can execute some http from the CFD to set the button LED/color.

We have done this 4 years ago on some installation with Yealink using XML, not sure about SNOM, but should be possible as well?!
