Hi.
We deployed some features to dynamically roam users through company sitesvia API.
When user logs in to Windows systems a custom script will run and send personal extension configuration to SIP Phone associated with PC.
Then user extension is used to populate and log into queues defined in AD groups.
Finally user Outbound CallerID is set to default queue number.
This way, a user can roam having his number but impersonates the right phone rule (static for the user or dynamic linked to the used workstation).
When user logs off the Phone returns to "non personal desk extension" and can be used to call inside the comapany.

We have just 1 more problem to solve. We cannot show in Company Phonebook Queue or Ring Groups extensions associated to internal support teams (only those and not all queues).

Do someone know if there is a way using API?

Thank you very much!!!
Mirco

I'm sorry, I wrote "Company Phonebook" but it's a misunderstanding.
I need to show queues in "People" view or in a dedicated view.
I know, a queue is not a person, but the need is to have a complete internal phonebook for companies having internal help desk

I do not know about the API, but for the que in the phone book, you can make an extension that has no phone attached, then make the call action under forwarding rules on all events forward to whatever call que you would like. I do something link this with shared parking.
