shows not registered on my own account

Hi there team, I just started using 3cx for my business live chat and calls in future and I've just one used in my system [which is me], but when i go to team section it shows no one in there and when i search my name it just shows not registered under my name. can you please help? appreciate any help. thank you

I did turn notifications allowed in 3cx dashboard, but it doesn't change anything. can you please help a bit in detail or something. thank you

OKAY, i had another application overwrite permission in my connect mobile devise, which i deleted and it's solved. thank you for the help appreciate it.
