Shut down 3CX cloud instance

I need to shut down a 3CX cloud instance. I started the installation using the 3CX cloud, and have since migrated to an on prem Windows server. Now the FQDN is not working correctly, and my customer's extensions are not connecting. How do I get 3CX to shut down the cloud instance?
