Hi All,

New user and I've never heard of this "SI Mode" before. Searched 3CX site and forum and no info explaining this. Could anyone help or fill me in on what this means?
It is refered to many times here: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/usa/

Thanks!

Hi @BGreen

SI refers to source identification which is a method used by the PBX to match an incoming call to a trunk.
Source identification settings can be adjusted under trunks settings / Inbound parameters.

How this works is explained here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-inbound-calls/
