Signalwire as a SIP Trunk

Is it possible to configure non-supported SIP trunks? Specifically signalwire?

Absolutely it's possible to configure non-supported SIP trunks. Never heard of Signalwire. Generally if you have to ask, you are better off using a supported provider or at least paying a partner to configure. You can also ask Signalwire if they know of anyone using 3CX or would be willing to work with you to test interop.

Also, if you use a non-supported SIP trunk - remember that means don't contact 3CX if you have problems.
