Simultaneous Calls statistics ?

Hello !

I'm trying to figure out how many simultaneous calls we had, at maximum, in order to fine tune our licence choice. Can I see that anywhere ?

Nothing specific, but I would look at your options in the call reports possibly the user activity graph.

I do +1 this idea however - there are values for real time SC count (on the 3CX dashboard) but if the above does not provide an SC count graph over time period would be great.
