simultaneous calls ???

Hi everybody,

I want to know if my setup will be covered by the free edition (2SC)

3cx with 1 ISDN BRI line
3-4 extensions
no sip trunk
no bridges
1-2 Digital receptionists
1-2 3CX phones on android/iphone

Do you think i will 've any problems ?

it all depends on call volume.
if a call comes in and gets forwarded to a mobile phone - that is 2 licenses.
someone else calls in at the same time, 3rd.
someone starts to check their voicemail via handset, 4th.

its your knowledge of the call volume that will help you best.

Hi, I ve configured an iVR which gives the option to call 2 ringing groups

When some one calls from outside one sc is the ivr and if selects a ringing group it is another sc right ?

Does it matter that i ve 4 members in the ringing groups ? ot it is still 2 sc

Where can i see that i ve used all my licences for sc ?

A Ring Group uses 1 call license.
I do not think you can see licenses in use anywhere, although it has been asked for.
