Simultaneous Calls

the 3cx licence is by number of "Simultaneous Calls". a call extension to extension count as Simultaneous Calls? or just inbound and outbound calls?

Hi @cberni

Calling from extension A to B is one sim call.

Calling from extension A to an external number is one sim call (same if inbound)

Generally, as soon as two "sides" are connected they take one sim call.

forwarding an inbound call to an external cell phone is 2 simultaneous calls. Keep in mind that people on hold also count. Conference calls count 1 additional simultaneous for each participant. People waiting in a queue count. Calling to get your voicemail counts too. Multi-cast paging does not count as multiple simultaneous calls.
